I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is a stately Victorian building located in the heart of Trafalgar Square. The rooms are much larger than I expected for a London hotel. That’s not to say they were huge , no London hotel has large rooms unless you chose a suite and even then it all depends on your expectations. The staff were everything you’d hope for in old world charm..in other words customer service is alive & well here. They also offer a very large living room / library area for guests only proving a 24 hour coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate/ lattes with high tech machine . We had several different family members staying , it provided a place for us to gather either after our day of adventures or for making future plans. I found the rooms to be all I needed, powerful showers, comfortable bedding , plenty of outlets, kettle with coffee & tea supplies. Each floor has ice & purified water machines . They also offered free use of a washer & dryer which came in very handy on several occasions. When my plans take me back to London this will be the first place I look for accommodations.

Location is wonderful. Room is not big though I found it comfy. I didn't need to stay in the room during the day, was coming to sleep only, spent the whole day at business event. There is a lounge room in the hotel - this is great place where you can work and have coffe or tea (cost included in the rate). I called it "Cigar Room", but smoking is not allowed (which is good). I was given charge adapter at fromt desk for my European electrical devices. Returned on my check out. Very helpful. They charge 100 GBP deposit at check in. I received it back at my account the next day after check out.

The site is just a few steps from Trafalgar Square making it perfect spot for sightseeing oriented trips. The personel is very welcoming and helpful, I did not have any negative interactions with them. My package included the breakfasts and I recommend this option to everyone as they are amazing. I could choose between continental or full english and since it's London I took the latter option. Everything was fresh and scrammbled eggs were made from real eggs, not powder as it often happens. In general I am very happy that I went a little over my budget and chose this hotel.

The hotel couldn’t be any more central to where all the action takes place, on the doorstep of Trafalgar Square so all attractions and busy nightlife are within easy walking distance. The hotel is very grand and traditional with lots of marble and beautiful architecture. Room was a good size and looked out onto the streets. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Lima who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable can highly recommend.

Room was very spacious and quiet (which was surprising given the busy area). There was a washing machine and dryer that we were able to use which was very handy! It was also very handy having little touches like the filtered water and reusable bottles in the hallway. Was also really nice being able to go and get a tea or coffee from the lounge at any time.
